In hosts that render MCP Apps the card is the deliverable and the reply must not repeat the report body or any URL; the result says whether the host renders it.

In the report flow it delivers the sources document: call it once with that file's documentUrl after show_media_monitoring_report, so the card sits under the report. Use each file's documentUrl or resource link exactly as the earlier result gave it. In hosts that render MCP Apps the result is a card with a download button per file, and the reply must then not repeat the URLs; the result says whether the host renders it, and when it does not, give the user the links instead.

Call it once per report, before show_media_monitoring_report, passing the sourceArticleSetUrl from the collect step and a fileName of `Sources - ` plus the report filename without its .docx.

  Raw coverage scan, for a caller who explicitly wants search results and no report. Never call it in the report flow, not even for a second, narrower pass after collect_media_monitoring_articles: the articles it returns are not in the sources document, so a report citing them points the reader to sources the sources document does not list, and its counts no longer match the set.
